Like-for-like conversion: We convert your SOP word-for-word and picture-for-picture, in the same order it appears in your SOP. Text and images in the training match the SOP order for record retention and completion documentation.
Optional “Why”: If you provide a “Why” on the intake form, we place that Why at the top of the training before the SOP content begins. If you do not provide it, we do not add it.

1) Upload your SOP
Friendly heads-up: each SOP you purchase is limited to uploading one SOP file. If your SOP is split across multiple documents, please combine them into a single file before submitting.

2) We convert it
We build a SCORM training file that follows your SOP exactly—same text, same images, same order.
We don’t rewrite, improve, or rearrange your SOP content.
3) You upload the SCORM
We deliver the SCORM package. You upload it wherever you host training.
If you don’t have a training system yet, we can recommend low-cost options that accept SCORM.
